Trinity Broads 'Fish In' 12th December

We have organised a 'Fish In' on the Trinity Broads system on Sunday 12th December 2021. This is for members only. The cost is £20.00 per person which includes a meal after the event. If you wish to take part, please contact Phil Cotton using the usual number. Limited spaces available.

Club meeting 4th October

We are pleased to be able to announce that there is a new venue for our first club meeting in a very long time. We are sorry that it is a little short notice, but are keen to be able to begin the new Pike fishing season together on Monday 4th October 2021, 8.00pm at the following location:

The Woodman Public House
11 North Walsham Road
Norwich
NR6 7QA

Membership renewals will be possible on the night. If you have not joined/rejoined so far, then this will be a great opportunity.

We have been unable to meet for so much longer than anyone originally expected, it will be great to see as many of you there as possible.

August 2021

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control we no longer have access to the mooring on Malthouse Broad. For the moment at least, there will be no boat available to book at this location.

On a more positive note, we have been able to extend our bank fishing access to include a stretch of river on the Sixteen Foot Drain near Upwell in West Norfolk. This can be booked in the usual way via Phil.

There is also good news on the boat front, as two of our older boats have been replaced with updated craft that are now available to book at both Barton Broad and the River Bure at Wroxham.

Lastly, there is an important change to update you on as part of the membership renewal for this coming pike season. There will be a change to the way guests are processed, due to a small minority of members abusing the existing guest facilities. While guests will still be allowed, there will be a fee of £20 charged per session that will need to be paid before any fishing can take place.

COVID UPDATE JUNE 2021

It is still a confusing picture but suffice to say we are pretty much back to "normal services resumed" status, needless to say there are still some restrictions on the Trinities regarding "Killer Shrimp" and we must watch out for water temps in the warmer months (for those wishing to Pike fish) but as things stand we are still booking all available boats in the normal way and will obviously keep you posted..............
